I participated in an event held in the upstairs ballroom. It was a nice sized space with a small elevated stage. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only issue is moving/hauling heavy items, carts or equipment. There is no elevator so everything must go up the stairs. I usually bring and set up equipment alone so this was quite an problem for me. However, if you bring people to help or a dolly, it should be fine. I recommend this facility just bring extra help to bring in equipment/heavy items
